Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and IIT-B will join hands to test the general knowledge of the students in the city. The bests will be selected to compete with students of other states later on.

The quiz will be held today at IIM-A. While 75 teams of two students each have registered online from the city, the quiz will also accept on-the-spot registrations from students at the event which will begin at 3 pm.

The quiz, which is open for class IX students to college students will be conducted by quiz master Rohit Nair. The event is organized as part of the 'Techfest National Open Quiz' which is an event of the annual science and technology festival of IIT-B called Techfest.

The quizzes shall be held at Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Guwahati, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai on different dates till November 6.
